Seitan Limania (5 km): The beach offers unspoiled beauty with crystal-clear waters and breathtaking cliff-top views. Accessible via a scenic hike along an unpaved road, this picturesque spot promises an unforgettable seaside escape. Wearing hiking shoes is recommended when visiting the beach.

Kalathas (10 km): The nearest sandy beach of Kalathas is well organized with sunbeds and umbrellas. West of the main bay, beyond the rocky end, there is a secluded non organised sandy bay.

Loutraki (12.3 km): Loutraki beach has fine sand and crystal clear shallow waters, especially suitable for children. It is very well organized and provides all the common amenities. You can rent umbrellas, eat in the taverns of the area, and enjoy various water sports.

Marathi (13 km):  Marathi has two wonderful beaches, divided by the pier of the harbour and they are probably two of the best beaches in Akrotiri peninsula. Both are sandy and well organised with sunbeds and umbrellas. The most important advantage with the beaches in Marathi is that you'll almost never see the sea with waves, even when it blows in western Crete. Also there you can find taverns and cafes by the sea. Marathi is ideal for families with children.

Stavros (12.8 km): There are two beautiful beaches in Stavros.

The main beach is located east of the village, at the foot of the mountain Vardies, and next to the picturesque harbor. A semicircular lagoon is formed, fully protected by winds blowing in the region. The beach is well organized and provides all possible services. The second beach of Stavros is located north of the village, 200m northwest of the main beach. It has sand and rocks in places and is less organized than the first, but cleaner. 

Moreover, on the west coast of Crete, you can find some of the most amazing and well-known natural beaches in Crete and Greece, such as “Falasarna,” “Balos,” “Gramvousa,” and “Elafonissi”. The distance from the villa to the west coast is about one to two hours by car, depending on the beach. All of the aforementioned beaches are definitely worth a visit."
